About Julien Lacave

Julien is a dual citizen from France and Australia and Founder of UFO Paradigm.

In 2001, Julien completed his Master degree in Geopolitics from La Sorbonne university in Paris, with a thesis research on international relations and climate change. Julien has professional skills in public speaking, training and education services, industry seminars, sustainability for businesses, climate change risks and stakeholder engagement. 

Julien’s career achievements include lobbying for corporate social responsibility, promoting clean energy technologies including solar energy, climate change advocacy, recruiting sustainability executives for Australian companies, career coaching IT Master degree students, and organising international conferences on renewable energy technologies. 

On the 21st of November 2019, Julien was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation by Mark Jones APM (Region Commander), of the NSW Police Force, North West Metropolitan Region.

Since an early age, Julien has been a musician; a guitarist and drummer. In 2018, Julien founded an Australian rock band called Semper. You can check out their music on Soundcloud. Semper mostly discusses the theme of UFO disclosure and environmental destruction. In July 2021, the band will record its first EP album in a professional music studio in Sydney.

Since 2010, Julien has developed a passion for cosmology, multiverse theories, string theories, black holes theories, quantum physics and more specifically the UFO phenomenon. In 2019, Julien started UFO Paradigm. In May 2021, the website UFO Paradigm was developed. 

Julien’s theory on the UFO phenomenon is that some of the UFOs sighted by our military are physical spacecrafts that use anti-gravity and manipulate spacetime. These spacecrafts are manufactured and operated by extra-terrestrial, interplanetary, intelligent and highly advanced civilisations; civilisations that have flourished in our own Milky Way galaxy. Other types of UFOs are most probably inter galactical, meaning coming from other galaxies.

Other unexplained areal phenomenon and paranormal phenomenon could be explained by the multiverse theory, where other universes coexist. We also have to consider string theory and quantum physics to explain interdimendional beings. M theory suggests there are 11 dimensions.

“I believe that several advanced civilisations are potentially interested in human civilisation, especially since the invention of the atomic bomb during WWII and the large-scale destruction of the environment on planet Earth. The message could be as simple as: stop destroying the world and learn to live peacefully as one human race. Or it could be much more complex than that, with some benevolent civilisations and some malevolent entities.” 

Julien has the conviction that most UFOs are NOT operated by secret military space programs.

Some truth about the complex UFO reality is currently coming out and Julien is interested in generating a discussion amongst the general public, looking at the impact of UFO disclosure on human society and philosophy.
